Where we can begin
You do not have to fit your life into a diagnosis.
You may know exactly what brings you here—or only that the way you have been coping is no longer enough. We will start with your experience, your relationships, and what you want to be different.

What starting looks like
A clear process, with room to breathe.
Finding a therapist can feel like one more difficult task. Here is what you can expect.
Begin with fit
Book a session so we can talk about what you are looking for and whether my experience fits your needs.
Build the map
Early sessions focus on your history, present concerns, strengths, relationships, and goals. We decide on a pace together.
Do the work
We draw from the approaches that fit—not a one-size-fits-all formula—and regularly check what is helping.
“Therapy can be a place to become less organized around survival—and more available for the life and relationships you want.”
